The Hawkeye Volleyball team competed against Allendale @ Allendale on October 19, 2021. They lost the first set, but fought hard and came back to win the next three sets giving the Hawkeye Volleyball team the victory. The win was influenced by the 16 kills by Jeralyn Hoppes. The second set had some serving runs to help put them on top in that set. They were on a roll by the third set and had good gameplay overall and very scrappy defense performed by the Hawkeyes senior Leah Blood. In the fourth set the Hawkeyes did really well offensively and performed how they needed to and finished how they needed to with a score of 25-16 giving them the overall win of the game.
