It was senior night for the Hawkeye Volleyball Team. They had a wonderful ceremony for the seniors Sydney Wedeven a right side hitter, and Leah Blood the Libero/DS. They got announced and were accompanied by their parents. Hamilton won a hard fought match against the Spring Lake Lakers. There was a strong offensive from the Hawkeyes, and they placed the ball with intelligence and aggression. The Hawkeyes started off strong with a win in the first set with a score of 25-22. Moving into the second set they struggled a bit and lost a close set 22-25. That did not stop them from making a comeback and winning the next two sets with a score of 25-22, then a close intense match winning in extra points with a score of 29-27.
